ADMINISTRAÇÃO ESTRATÉGICA: UMA ANÁLISE DAS AGÊNCIAS IMOBILIÁRIAS DE SANTA MARIA – RS

Resumo


O mercado imobiliário tem crescido fortemente nos últimos anos no Brasil. Com isso, o setor tornou-se mais atraente, culminando na abertura de inúmeras agências, por vezes geridas por antigos colaboradores de antigas imobiliárias e por profissionais provenientes de diferentes campos. Com essa expansão, as agências imobiliárias brasileiras, em um curto espaço de tempo, tiveram que adaptar as suas estratégias, estrutura de pessoal e fluxo financeiro. Diante do exposto, o presente artigo almeja conhecer as práticas de administração estratégica atuais, usadas pelas agências imobiliárias em Santa Maria - RS. Para isso, adotou-se como instrumento de coleta um questionário elaborado com o auxílio da ferramenta Google Docs, sendo enviado para os gestores das imobiliárias através de um correio eletrônico (e-mail) para todas as agências da cidade, sendo que 56,8% retornaram. Os resultados obtidos apontaram que existe uma falta de administração estratégica nas agências analisadas, por isso possuem uma série de aspectos para desenvolverem, tais como: estruturação de um planejamento estratégico; uso de indicadores; aplicação da análise SWOT; e ainda treinamento dos colaboradores.
