Rotinas e redes: o caso Genolyptus
Resumo
O conceito de rotinas tem aumentado sua importância na literatura econômica e organizacional, principalmente quando se considera a perspectiva neo-Schumpeteriana. Apesar desse crescente interesse, ainda há espaço para estudos que visem a seu entendimento e aplicação. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar a metodologia que permitiu a identificação das rotinas adotadas na rede Genolyptus. Particularmente o estudo revelou que as rotinas utilizadas foram responsáveis por sua gestão, assim como pela criação, acúmulo e transferência de conhecimento. Ademais a investigação empírica desse conceito contribuiu para o entendimento dos processos de coordenação e conhecimento em ambientes de rede.
